Freddy’s Mission Statement

I aim to end the misery of menopause for every woman who finds my work so that she can empower herself to realize her true potential and achieve her 'ideal self'. Those women will then create a ripple of realisation for all other women they connect with by breaking the cycle of ignorance and misinformation.

My work aims to shatter this nonsense about a ‘taboo’ subject, to pour light over this miasma of misinformation, and to normalise conversations about menopause symptoms.

When I began my research into menopause symptoms, just like most women I speak to, I believed that menopause was a few hot flushes, and periods stopping, which would happen when I was around 50 years old.

Once I dug deeper into the effects on the entire female body of the loss of oestrogen supply, my mind exploded. Memories erupted of horrendous, emotionally unstable periods during my 40s which led to an acrimonious divorce. Total loss of self esteem and a grey blanket of sadness caused me to plan the end of life for myself, my son, and family dog. Years of treatment for depression followed. Not a single medical professional mentioned menopause to me.

Suicidal ideation is common amongst women in their late forties and fifties.

    Clarity

Most of us will have heard of the Mel Robbins book titled 5,4,3,2,1 which is a terrific method to get yourself doing things you were hesitating about doing. My aim is to help you discover WHY you were hesitating, and WHAT you can do about that behaviour so you can get stuff done.

We all need somebody to lean on, and my expertise is in helping you in overcoming self-doubt and finding a way forward . Call me when you need to discover clarity.

Menopause is a particularly great time to do a review of your life so far, it’s the midpoint of a woman’s life, hopefully, therefore a perfect time for reflection.

    Ask yourself these things

    1. Where am I now compared to where I expected to be when I left college/university?

    > In my family
    > Career
    > Wealth
    > Relationships

    2. How is my overall health

    3. Am I feeling happy, satisfied and fulfilled most of the time?

Then book yourself a consultation with me to see how I can help you.

Three choices to work with me

As your coach I will help you through this previously mysterious but essential life stage so that you can emerge in your power, instead of feeling worn out, washed up and finished.

    RESOURCES

Menopause happens for all women as your biology does its thing with hormones, and you may find the transition through this stage can be deeply uncomfortable and sometimes scary. There is a great deal of information available but it's meaningless without context. Until you get an understanding of menopause and its symptoms you might struggle to associate it with what you are feeling. Clients regularly find me when they get to the stage of thinking they are going crazy, and my hope is always that you find me before then.
